Mycatalogpool

SIMENO's mycatalogpool is an electronic catalog system.

It is used in combination with procurement systems like ARIBA Buyer, SAP SRM, ORACLE iProcure and SIMENO's easyProcurement hosted solution.

In mycatalogpool descriptive data of articles (like item description, price, unit of measure, etc.) are stored. The users of mycatalogpool can search the catalog by using mycatalogpool's powerful search engine.
Products to be ordered can be put into mycatalogpool's shopping cart with one click. Once all selections are made, the shopping cart can be transferred back to the e-procurement system where the requisition process can be completed.


   
Depending on the setup, mycatalogpool users have access to the product data of a single supplier or they can see the articles of several suppliers. The catalogs may vary in size from a couple dozen items up to ten thousand items in one catalog.
Mycatalogpool can be installed locally in the same environment as the procurement system or can run in SIMENO's hosting environment to be accessed over the Internet.
