easyProcurement

Simeno's easyProcurement is the web based procurement system of Simeno. It can be accessed
over the Internet using a standard web browser like Microsoft Internet Explorer or Firefox.

With easyProcurement you can punch-out to catalog systems like Simeno's mycatalogpool, bring
back a shopping cart and create requisitions that will be turned into purchase orders once they are
approved.

            
EasyProcurement supports a volume based approval flow. This means that every user has a so called
"sign-off-limit". Requisitions that do not exceed the sign-off-limit will become purchase-orders.
Requisitions that exceed the sign-off-limit will be forwarded to an approver assigned to the user.
Purchase Orders can be delivered as emails with PDF attachments or by cXML.
EasyProcurement supports a role concept (master administrator, administrator, approver, user) and
email notification.
